Movement Guide

Starting Position

Stand naturally with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides, relax your whole body, and breathe naturally.

Raise Hands

Interlace your fingers and slowly raise your hands above your head, palms facing upward. Inhale deeply as you lift.

Stretch Upward

Push your palms toward the sky as if supporting the heavens. Hold for a moment at the top, feeling the stretch through your entire body.

Lower and Release

Slowly lower your hands back to your sides while exhaling. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat 6–8 times.
